Tower Rush FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Tower Rush Game by Galaxsys

Everything you actually need to know about Tower Rush – how it works, how to play it on mobile, how the demo compares to real money, and how this site operates. Organized by topic so you can jump straight to what matters.

Game Mechanics and Rules

How does a round of Tower Rush proceed? â–¼
Start by placing a wager in the $0.10 – $100 range, then click on Build to watch the tower grow from the ground up. You earn a multiplier value with every additional floor. You may cash out at any time, but if you stay too long and the tower collapses first, you lose your bet. Where the tower will collapse in each round is generated and committed to before the round starts, through a Provably Fair random number generator. Your choice in the game simply revolves around deciding the moment you're happy with your results and cashing out.
Is there an auto-cashout option available? â–¼
No. Auto-cashout is not available in Tower Rush. In every round, you must make a cash-out decision manually. We're not just missing this option; we intentionally didn't build this game with one. Galaxsys built Tower Rush for people who prefer to make the cash-out decision consciously at every point. If you play crash games that feature an auto-cashout option and prefer the rounds just play themselves automatically after you choose a cashout multiplier, that type of gameplay does not exist here in Tower Rush.
Is it possible to change my bet amount after a round begins? â–¼
Not at all. Once you hit the Build button, any bets you place are locked in and can't be changed. You likewise cannot pause a round and add a new bet at any point, or change an existing bet amount in the middle of a round, either. Finally, you cannot cancel a cash-out once it has already happened.
If I cash out on a bonus floor, what occurs? â–¼
In that case, cashing out will take place first, the round will end immediately, and you'll receive the multiplier value at that precise moment. That bonus round won't be activated. For example, if you've landed on a Temple Floor and will soon have an opportunity to spin the wheel for additional winnings but cash out before the spin begins, you'll take your existing multiplier, and the wheel spin will never happen.
What's the highest possible win, and how do you land on it? â–¼
If your bet is for $100 (the maximum bet amount for a single round), you could win up to $10,000 in a single round by achieving the maximum payout of 100x. The most common way of getting there is by landing on a Triple Build near the end of a round after your multiplier has already been fairly high, or through a spin on a Temple Floor wheel that results in a large multiplier value. 100x is the absolute highest win possible, and the game will automatically cash out if you hit this amount.
What does 'Provably Fair' actually mean in terms of gameplay? â–¼
It means that, in every single round of gameplay, the outcome (specifically, where the tower will fall to) is randomly generated and committed to before the round even begins, through Provably Fair. After the round is over, you can also independently check to ensure that the result was not tampered with during the game. GLI and Gaming Associates certify this, and you can see this in the in-game help tool.
The RTP of 96.12–97%, what does it mean for my session? ▼
After many, many, many rounds, it pays you back $96 – $97 for every $100. However, you can be significantly above or below that amount in any one session; Tower Rush is high volatility, which means you might see larger swings. RTP is an average, not a specific value; it's a long-term value.
What makes Tower Rush different from slots? â–¼
Because you make choices on a round-by-round basis. In slots, you're passive; you just spin, and the result is just the result, with no impact you can have. Here, your cash-out timing is a choice; you can create habits, build a strategy, and follow a plan, but it's not guaranteed to win, and your choice matters.
Is Tower Rush high volatility, and what does this mean? â–¼
Yes, Tower Rush has high volatility. This means you can expect a series of rounds where the tower falls before you reach your chosen multiplier, but occasionally you'll see high multipliers. So if you're used to a low-volatility game, with lots of small wins, Tower Rush will seem erratic, and you should be aware that this is the case, as the risk-management element is more relevant.

Bonus Floors

How does the Frozen Floor work for me? â–¼
When the Frozen Floor activates, your current multiplier at that stage is "frozen," and if you bust on the next floor down, you will get paid out based on your "frozen" multiplier amount, rather than losing your stake. So it's protection for one floor. If you go past it and then bust on floor two or more, after the frozen floor, you lose everything.
Should I use the Frozen Floor or take the payout? â–¼
It's situational: if the Frozen Floor activates with a lower multiplier value, for example 2x, then the protection isn't great, but when you get to 15x and above, it's worth some consideration before cashing out, but in the end it's up to you, so don't make the mistake of thinking it means you can take extra risks as it can only protect you for one floor.
How does the Temple Floor multiplier actually calculate? â–¼
The Temple Floor triggers a wheel spin; the wheel is composed of a series of segments that all have values on them from 2x up to 20x. Landing on any of them will multiply your current multiplier; it will not add to it. If you are on 8x and spin 15x on the wheel, your new multiplier will be 120x (8 × 15), not 23x (8 + 15). This is a critical distinction. The Temple Floor wheel is independently audited by GLI and Gaming Associates.
Can the Temple Floor push me past the 100x maximum win cap? â–¼
Yes. If you are above 100x after the multiplication, the game will enforce the 100x limit and award you the max win of 100x your stake. The Temple Floor is the bonus floor most likely to lead you above the max win limit, especially if your base multiplier is already in double digits before spinning the wheel.
What is Triple Build, and when is it most valuable? â–¼
A Triple Build adds three bonus floors to the tower at once, each with its own increment. This bonus is most powerful when it appears late in a round, when you are on a multiplier that would benefit from being multiplied several times. If you see it on the lower floors, you likely won't see as much of a bonus. Triple Builds are the most exciting bonus to witness as they can take you to a high multiplier and also the bonus most likely to carry you past your target, so be sure you watch your target multiplier carefully.
Are bonus floors equally likely to land? â–¼
Galaxsys has not released specific trigger probability information for each bonus floor. What is known is that they are random and occur between round two and the end of the round. So do not expect all three types every time a game is played, and also do not assume a bonus floor is due to you because you haven't seen one for a few rounds; the game's random number generator does not keep a count of how often each type has appeared and is not programmed to even out or correct that.
Are two or more bonus floors possible in the same round? â–¼
Based on the game's mechanics, only one bonus floor can occur per round. There is no option for two or more bonuses to stack per round.
Does landing on a bonus floor affect tower collapse probability? â–¼
No. The triggers for bonus floors and the probability of the tower falling at a subsequent round floor are generated by their own separate random number generators. Landing on a Frozen Floor means nothing about the next floor's potential collapse; a Triple Build means nothing about the round floor you are on having a low probability of collapse. These floors are all multiplier events and have nothing to do with collapsing.

Playing the Demo

Does the demo include the same game as the full Tower Rush version? â–¼
Absolutely. The demo is nothing but the full game operating on a separate server using "fake" credits. The RNG, 96.12–97% RTP variance, three separate bonus floors, and game engine are all present and identical to the real money version. The only difference is that you are not risking real money or having the heart-pounding feeling of potentially losing it on every floor!
Is a casino account required to play the demo version of Tower Rush? â–¼
In most cases, playing the Tower Rush demo does not require account registration. You can start playing the game without an account within three clicks from the casino's main lobby. Some casinos will require you to register for at least a basic account before you can play the Tower Rush demo for free, but you will not be asked to verify your identity or make a deposit to play the demo. Some casinos do not even have a demo version of Tower Rush, so if they don't, it's not a problem.
Can I win cash prizes in the Tower Rush demo? â–¼
No. You will only be winning virtual credits on the game demo and will not be able to cash out your winning credits from playing the demo. Also, playing the Tower Rush demo will not count towards meeting a bonus's wagering requirements. Nothing in the demo is the same as real cash wins!
How many demo rounds should I play before playing for cash? â–¼
Twenty to thirty demo rounds will give you a much better idea of what the game really is than a mere five will. Five demo rounds don't give you enough experience. It would have been better to play fifty rounds. After all, the demo version is free, so there's no rush to start playing for cash.
Does the demo help with cash-out discipline? â–¼
Sort of, and that's an important point to understand. The demo is exactly where you build and maintain good habits regarding setting your cashout target before you start playing! If you play your rounds and never have a cashout target (or worse, move the goalposts during a round to play 'just one more floor'), those habits will follow you into real cash play. However, the demo will not prepare you fully for the pressure you are under during live cash play! Cashing out a round at five is very different depending on whether you're playing the demo or cash! Build those good habits in the demo, but understand that the demo does not fully prepare you for live cash play.
Does playing the demo help detect tilt? â–¼
Yes! That's probably one of the most underappreciated uses of the demo! Let's say you lose a few times. You're going to try again; run 10 to 15 demo games in demo mode with a specific cashout goal. And if you feel your goal is being abandoned, or you start saying things like just one more time, or are getting angry after a win/loss, then this is a big indicator of how you might handle real money play if you choose to play it for real money.
Do you lose out on casino bonuses with demo play? â–¼
No. You lose out on nothing. You lose out on nothing in demo play, as it's not in any way part of real money play, casino bonuses, wagering requirements, or bonus status. You can simply continue a new round when you want to switch from demo to real money.
How best to practice bonus rounds in demo mode? â–¼
It's always better to watch when a bonus floor is triggered rather than just blindly react to it. Especially with the Temple Floor, watch what the wheel values are, then think about what it will mean to your multiplier. If you know how it will multiply the bonus round, then you can avoid a hasty decision while you play for real money.

Mobile and Desktop Play

Does Tower Rush work properly on mobile? â–¼
Yes. It's an HTML5 game built specifically for mobile gaming. The portrait orientation lends itself perfectly to the tower mechanic as it goes up as you hold the phone up. Tower Rush runs the same whether on a desktop or on a modern phone running iOS or Android, and doesn't need you to download a mobile app.
What's the best browser for playing Tower Rush on iPhone? â–¼
It's definitely Safari. It runs without any issues on iOS. Playing with Chrome on iPhone does introduce a small delay because of a slightly extra processing step. If you are playing on your iPhone, you can add your casino as a web app to your home screen rather than playing within a browser. For the absolute best performance, update your iOS; older versions of iOS can occasionally cause minor rendering issues with HTML5 games.
What's the best browser for playing Tower Rush on Android? â–¼
Again, Chrome is the way to go. It's optimized for Android and runs very smoothly on devices released within the last four years. If you're using your casino's app, Tower Rush is playing in your casino app's WebView, so you should have little if any issues playing Tower Rush on your casino app; the app is essentially just a browser. Some older and cheaper Android devices can have minor visual animation glitches while playing Tower Rush, but they'll have no effect on RTP, outcomes, and game logic.
Is there any noticeable difference between the mobile app and playing on a web browser? â–¼
For gameplay, no. It is the same RTP, bonus floor rate, and RNG. The app might have benefits like saved logins and push notifications, while a browser may occasionally load faster by cutting out all of the promotions that most casino apps have on startup.
Tower Rush will not load on my phone. What should I do? â–¼
Check your internet. Clear your browser cache and reload. Try using a different browser, e.g., Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android. If that did not resolve the issue, double-check that the casino you are using actually offers Galaxsys games in your region – some game libraries vary in availability across locations.
The game freezes in the middle of my round. What should I do? â–¼
Do not close the app immediately. Reconnect and check the bet history. At most licensed casinos, interrupted rounds will either be processed, or you will receive a reimbursement of the stake. If you don't see your bet history correctly upon reconnection, reach out to casino support and provide the timestamp and stake amount for the affected round. Avoid repeatedly closing and re-opening the game if you believe you have an issue in the middle of a round.
My Touchscreen doesn't respond. What should I do? â–¼
Click the Cash Out button directly without a sweeping motion. If the button is not responding to multiple rounds, try a different browser. If you are using a browser, clearing cookies and site data will sometimes fix the responsiveness issues for your particular device.
Is Tower Rush going to use too much data on mobile? â–¼
No. Tower Rush is a very lightweight HTML5 game. The initial load will take a few seconds to load on a decent connection, but the game consumes minimal data for each round once loaded, as there are no video streams or asset refreshes per round. A standard 4G or LTE internet connection will be more than enough to play continuously, and there is no perceivable difference between mobile data or WiFi while the game is actively playing.
Is desktop gameplay better than mobile for Tower Rush? â–¼
Not better or worse – different. Desktop will give you more screen size to read multipliers and bonus effects, which are clearer on mobile. Mobile is ideal for shorter gameplay sessions, and the tower aspect suits portrait mode perfectly. It's very common to use both on different devices, depending on the situation. No gap would make one significantly better than the other.

About This Website and Our Reviews

How does this website make money? â–¼
This website works on an affiliate model. When you click on a link to a casino recommended by the website and complete actions such as registration or deposit, we receive commission from that casino. We do not accept money in return for a positive review of the casino and do not receive payments to position the casino in our reviews. The commission is for the action you take and has nothing to do with what you write about the product.
Does the affiliate relationship with the casino affect how you rate the casino? â–¼
No. The affiliate commission is not worth the cost of giving a recommendation that could damage our reputation; therefore, we do not do business with a casino we think is of low quality. If we recommend a casino in our reviews, it means that we think the casino is of good quality. We will not work with a casino and recommend it in our reviews regardless of whether or not an affiliate arrangement exists between the casino operator and us. If a casino we work with starts behaving in a certain way, we will update the recommendation accordingly.
How do you verify the RTP figures that you publish? â–¼
The information in our reviews is obtained from official documentation from the developers of the game in question and not from the casino. The RTP of Tower Rush is 96.12-97%, which is the figure published on the official website of the game developer Galaxsys and has been independently certified by GLI and Gaming Associates. For accuracy, we do not rely on casino RTP reports, third-party estimates, or player reports, which may not match the real RTP as reported by the developer.
How often are your reviews updated? â–¼
The review is updated in case of a significant change in game features (like, for example, an RTP change, license change, bonus terms, or availability of the game), which we try to keep informed of. We check that the casino has a valid licence every 3 months by cross-referencing active lists of licensed casinos from the relevant gambling regulators. In addition, every page is labelled with the last review date. We don't view writing a page as a once-off, and we will update a review article if a significant change is made to the site in question, as the new information will affect the accuracy of what has been written on the site in the past.
What are the licensing requirements for recommended casinos? â–¼
We only recommend casinos with a license from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, and reputable sub-licences within the Curaçao HGC licensing framework. We do not recommend casinos with a Curaçao e-Gaming Licence because, by current standards, such casinos fail to offer adequate player protection.
How do you assess whether a casino has a good payout record? â–¼
We look at the official withdrawal timeframe given by the operator and then compare it to the actual withdrawal experiences reported by players on third-party casino review sites and forums. We take note of any casino with a history of consistently delayed withdrawals, withdrawals that are refused without explanation, and excessive verification documentation requirements. We aim to determine the casino’s payout reliability based on patterns, not single instances.
Does your review team play the games you review? â–¼
Yes, they do. Senior analysts also play real money versions of the games they review. Tower Rush has even been played on real money levels by the team. Content research also uses information from the official documentation provided by the developers, such as the communication with Galaxsys. No ghost writers, no AI-generated content.
What if you are reviewing a casino that is affiliated with you, and you have negative findings? â–¼
We publish those. A pattern of complaint with respect to withdrawals, a change in licence status, or a decline in support quality will always be documented in the review, regardless of whether we earn revenue from that casino. A rating of 3/5 for a casino or game means it has significant shortcomings, regardless of whether you are affiliated with that operator. Yes, the relationship will be disclosed; however, we will not improve our rating because of an affiliate relationship.
Can I contact you about a factual mistake in your content? â–¼
Yes. Simply use the contact form on this site. Let us know if we've published incorrect figures for a game's RTP, its licence, or the descriptions of the game's features. We'll get back to you within 48 hours. We take any request for a factual correction seriously, and if the correction is well-founded, we'll amend the article and note the change.

Responsible Gambling

Is Tower Rush a game that requires responsible gambling caution? â–¼
Caution is advised. It's highly volatile, so bankroll swings can be large and swift. And the manual cashout function at every level adds a high-pressure element that requires a measure of discipline. The fact that there's no feature for auto cashout means the player is always deciding at each game stage (which is what makes it so engaging), but there are no safety mechanisms embedded in the game design. And that is a recipe for those prone to losing control.
What responsible gambling facilities are usually provided for a licensed casino that offers Tower Rush? â–¼
In any properly licensed casino, you will find deposit limits, session time-out limits, pop-up reminders, loss limits, cool-off, and self-exclusion options. They should apply across the player's account and all their gameplay, including any play of Tower Rush. Before playing Tower Rush for the first time, we recommend that you always set your deposit and loss limits. We never advise setting them after the event.
What is self-exclusion, and how do I do it? â–¼
Self-exclusion enables you to exclude yourself from a specific casino, for a defined period of time or for the foreseeable future. The self-exclusion option can be found in the account settings of the casino, or you can contact a member of the customer care team. In the UK, GamStop (gamstop.co.uk) is a free service that allows users to block access to all major UK-licensed online casinos at once. Similar self-exclusion programs are available in the Netherlands (CRUKS), Sweden (Spelpaus), Denmark (ROFUS), and Germany (Oasis).
How do I know if my Tower Rush (or gambling) habit is becoming harmful? â–¼
Be on the lookout for signs such as wagering time or money that you had intended to stay within; trying to win your losses back; playing when you feel upset, anxious, stressed, or emotional; keeping your gambling activities secret or a secret; letting your gambling negatively impact your work or relationships, or putting basic financial obligations at risk; borrowing or selling things to play. If you recognise any of these indicators, it’s critical to do something about them immediately. Early detection of a problem is critical for successful rehabilitation.
What resources are available if my gambling becomes a problem? â–¼
• GamCare (United Kingdom): gamcare.org.uk, 24/7 helpline 0808 802 0133 (free call).
• Gamblers Anonymous: gamblersanonymous.org (peer support available around the globe).
• BeGambleAware (United Kingdom): begambleaware.org.
• Gambling Therapy: gamblingtherapy.org (free, multi-lingual online counseling).
• National Council on Problem Gambling (United States): ncpgambling.org, helpline 1-800-522-4700.
If you’re located outside of these countries, you can reach out to your national health services provider to see if they’re aware of services in your area.
Will the Tower Rush demo help promote responsible gaming? â–¼
Only marginally, yes. Playing demo rounds before going back in after a big losing session will enable you to better understand whether your mindset is correct: are you setting targets and sticking to them, or do you have any indications of trying to make them up? The behavior will also extend into real-money sessions if you abandon cashout targets in the middle of a round during the demo. Although this won’t alleviate tilt, it will help you recognize it.
Does the current website promote responsible gambling? â–¼
Absolutely, we do. There are no countdown timers, no "sure-fire strategy" statements, or "not-to-be-missed" descriptions in our messaging designed to reduce the perceived risks or create a sense of urgency. Resources on responsible gambling will be accessible from the bottom of every slot review page, including ours. As part of every review, I’ll explain why Tower Rush (as with any casino game) has a house advantage, and what the term "return-to-player" (RTP) means in the context that the casino keeps roughly 3–4 cents from every dollar put into the game over the long term.
Is Tower Rush suitable for inexperienced crash gamers? â–¼
Yes, but only with the proper precautions and some additional preparation. First-time crash gamers must practice in the demo for at least 20–30 rounds before going to a real casino, start at the minimum stake ($0.10) to get a sense of how the game works, define and adhere to a specific cashout goal before every round, and set a maximum loss per session before you start playing. Tower Rush isn’t a complicated game to figure out, but the high volatility and manual cashout can test a novice player’s abilities rather rapidly.

Responsible Gambling

How can I set betting limits for Tower Rush? â–¼
Every licensed casino offers responsible gaming resources. These tools enable you to establish deposit limits, loss caps, alerts for how long you have been playing, and cooling-off durations. To get the most from these tools, establish your limits prior to starting a playing session; attempting to enforce discipline mid-stream is rarely as effective.
Does the fast-paced nature of Tower Rush rounds pose a risk? â–¼
Indeed, the quick pace is something to consider. Rapid rounds often result in wagering amounts rising quickly before you even notice. Playing 10 minutes at $1.00 per round is roughly 20 bets totaling $20. This rapid pace is an intentional part of the game, so pay attention to exactly how long you play each session.
Where can I get help if I feel my gambling habits are becoming problematic? â–¼
UK: GamCare – gamcare.org.uk or call 0808 8020 133
Global: Gambling Therapy – gamblingtherapy.org
United States: The National Council on Problem Gambling – 1-800-522-4700
European Union: Visit the website for your national gambling regulator to locate support services near you
What is self-exclusion, and how can I use it? â–¼
Licensed casinos offer self-exclusion, a feature that prevents you from accessing their gambling platforms, allowing you to ban yourself for either fixed durations (e.g., days, months) or for life. This can be found in your casino's account settings under responsible gaming. In many regions, a country-wide ban is also available (such as GAMSTOP in the UK), which is applied across every licensed casino in that country.
Is Tower Rush inherently more addictive than other casino games? â–¼
The fast round cycle may allow you to repeat the wagering process much faster. Combined with the "manual" cash-out choice, this cycle can trap a player into continuing a game when they wish they had stopped. That is a game design feature to consider, not something to be scared of – but it means that session limits and alerts are even more vital than with slower-paced games.
What should I do if I lose more than I wanted? â–¼
Stop the game, close the game, and do not try to win it back. Chasing losses is the main reason small losses become big losses. If that seems like a pattern, then use deposit limits and cooling-off periods on your account. If your gambling is impacting your life outside of the game, seek support from a service such as GamCare.
Can I set a maximum win limit in Tower Rush? â–¼
No, there isn't a win limit you can set in the game. The absolute cap is the 100x limit for a single round. However, at some casinos, you can set a profit cap, so that your game is paused automatically once you win a specific amount.
How can I know if I have a problem with gambling? â–¼
Look out for any of the following signs in your gambling behaviour. These include regular instances of spending more than you planned, playing to win back losses, constantly thinking about gambling even when not playing, lying about your gambling habits, or noticing your gambling impacts your relationships, financial wellbeing or mood. If you do identify these issues, contact a service such as GamCare or Gambling Therapy as soon as possible.
